    I have loved this recipe for years. It's my go-to dip for any gathering. Sometimes I roast extra veggies to freeze so that I can make it last minute.

    Loved this spread! I am not the biggest veggie fan, but this might just make me one! It was so good. My 10 mo old even liked it! I will def be making this again.

    Just made this to serve on Thanksgiving tomorrow. Very yummy. Next time I think I might increase the amount of veggies a little.

    I really love this spread! I have to agree with the reviews about the spread missing something and someone mentioned adding hot sauce. Tried it and thought it made a huge difference.

    This is one of our family favorites. My kids try to be picky but with this amazing dip we get them the veggies they need on a sandwich they love.

    Five stars because I know it would've tasted AMAZING if I'd have cut the onions into fatter rings. They roasted too quickly and my whole dip tasted a little bitter. So just a tip; keep an eye on your veggies! 45 mins may be too long. Can't wait to try again!!

    I made it exactly according to directions, except I used reduced fat cream cheese. It is absolutely delicious!
