The spread was good, its a shame the bread I bought didnt hold up to its end of the bargain!

This spread was so delicious. Best one I ever made and it is so easy to make as well. It's even better with home grown veggies!

This is one of our family favorites. My kids try to be picky but with this amazing dip we get them the veggies they need on a sandwich they love.

Five stars because I know it would've tasted AMAZING if I'd have cut the onions into fatter rings. They roasted too quickly and my whole dip tasted a little bitter. So just a tip; keep an eye on your veggies! 45 mins may be too long. Can't wait to try again!!

I made it exactly according to directions, except I used reduced fat cream cheese. It is absolutely delicious!

I made this as a dip for a barbecue yesterday--and all I can say is "HOLY YUM!" It tasted so good! I was a little concerned when I first sampled it--the natural sweetness of the roasted veggies was just TOO sweet for me--but after some red pepper flakes and several shakes of my favorite hot sauce, it ended up PERFECT! I simply cannot get over how good it was! Out of about 25 dishes, this was the first one gone--at one point I saw a guy using his finger to scoop off the spread that was stuck to the side of the bowl! I will DEFINITELY be making this again...and again...and again....

Good basic sandwich spread. Beats the cream cheese spreads you buy in the grocery store. And this is cheap and easy to make. Kudos!

Best vegetable cream cheese I ever ate and very quick and easy to make. There is a really nice flavor. I was afraid it would be too much garlic, but bcs it was roasted it gives the spread a nice sweet aromatic flavor.

Made per Alton's recipe directions. I used it as a spread on slices of ciabatto bread and placed under the broiler until the edges began to brown. I made about 24 slices. Everyone was scarfed down. Thanks Alton!
