It had a good flavor. I liked it but I don't think I'll make it again.

My wife and I absolutely loved this recipe. Perhaps it's a bit complex for our 9 year old daughter...but that's okay, more for us!

It is a great way to get the kids the vegetables they need.

This spread was so good it barely made it out of the work bowl of our food processer! But we managed to move it to another bowl into the fridge so it could cool down and then we took turns licking the work bowl and the spatula clean. When we did allow it to cool, it has such a good texture and flavor that buying those tubs is now a sin in this house!!!!

This was delicious! I used fat-free cream cheese and both my husband and I loved it. We used it as a veggie/cracker dip as well as a sandwich spread. What a sneaky way to get finicky kids to eat veggies!

This was a little too sweet to me, but I think it is because I used light cream cheese.

This spread was absolutely delicious. I made wraps by spreading the whole wrap with the vegetable spread, then putting some shredded lettuce and chopped tomato in a line about a third of the way in from the edge, then added two fried chicken strips, and then rolled. Wonderful!

This was very easy to make. I was hesitant about the red peppers since no one in the family cares for any bell peppers. It turned out very good and I couldn't tell there was red pepper in there. I served this on tiny squares of bread for a baby shower. Everyone loved it!!

This tasted sharp, yet creamy. Putting 4 cloves of garlic though is for those who don't want to taste vegetables. So I only put one clove and a small amount of onions. It tastes great on sun-dried tomato flat bread!
