As pathetic as it sounds, I could never make scrambled eggs. They always came out like a nasty omelet. I watched Good Eats for the first time and I can now make the best scrambled eggs ever. Alton is a God.

After watching this episode, I discovered the mistakes that I made while trying to achieve perfect scrambled eggs. Mine were in a pool of water...but no more! Paula Deen also helped. Alton, how about some pointers on eggs with cheese...a southern favorite.

Until I watched AB make scrambled eggs mine were kind of hit or miss. I had a lot more misses than hits! Following this recipe I make the best eggs my family has ever had.

I love eggs, all types of styles. I thought I knew how to do them scrambled, but this recipe brought out what I've been missing all these years. Outstanding flavor and heavenly texture.

I have been cooking eggs for 45 years and have just been told how and why eggs should be scrambled this way.
Thank you for the great tips and keep them coming. My 14 year old daughter loves your show and is learning so much, yet she doesn't realize she is learning.
Thank you Alton. You are a great teacher.
    Sincerely
    Pam Acuncius, Castle Rock, Co.
