I never thought I'd use a recipe to make scrambled eggs, but I love the Good Eats show so I gave these a try.

I have to say, I'll never make scrambled eggs the "old way" ever again. This technique produces perfect eggs every time. Thanks Alton!

amazing scrambled eggs i've tried to make my own but they are nothing compared to the fluffy ness and buttery taste of these awesome eggs thanks Alton!

Who knew scrambled eggs could be this good? These are way better than the ones you get out at a diner. I topped mine with chives and sharp chedder. Served up with a biscuit, delish!

I am a breakfast cook working at a restaurant with a James Beard award, and this describes, almost to the letter, how we do our scrambles. Perfecto.

I am not inclined to review recipes here, but this is one of those times when I feel the need. Reason being is that I discovered with this recipe how to really scramble eggs. This is after 35 yrs. of cooking and eating "rubber"
eggs. Alton, "You da'Man!". I wish I could rate this higher than a five star. THANKS!!!!

I tried this technique on Sunday, proud of myself as can be. However my husband did not like them. He prefers them rubbery and overcooked. Pity.

Alton does it again, even with something seemingly simple.

Finally, after too many years, I had perfect eggs! The high heat at the end was the key. Never again will I order dried out, yukky eggs at a restaurant.
