Very easy, fast, tastes great, and even fun using a blowdryer on your grill!!! You can add other little things to the skirt steak too! try Cipotle and a little bit of a sweet BBQ sauce!!!

We can't get enough of this at my house. Everyone raves about this steak. Perfectly seasoned and soooo tender. Be sure to carve it against the grain.

Cut back on the Soy in the marinate. It really comes through strongly if you use the recommended amount. Otherwise, take your cheap meat and enjoy...

With full faith in Alton, my daughter made this marinade without trying it first....she made it for a mexican dinner at her sister and brother in law's house, with a prospective boyfriend as a guest..the meat ended up being marinaded for 5 hours, then was cooked on a BBQ grill for 2 minutes on each side..the meat was not done quite like they wanted it, so they wrapped it in heavy duty foil and placed it back on the grill for 3 more minutes, then removed it..they let it sit, still wrapped in the foil, for the 15 minutes...she then unwrapped it and sliced it against the grai, as directed...they made burritos with the meat, using other ingredients and fresh home made salsa...everyone that ate it proclaimed that is it indeed, GOOD EATS!! and their guest, who kept commenting on how good the meat was, asked for the recipe...try it! you will love this!!! thanks Alton!

Quick and east, I added some cilantro to the marinade. Very flavorful.

It has been a while since I cooked steak and this recipe came out very good. I made sauteed mushrooms to go on top of the steak. My family really enjoyed this one. I will definitely be making it again.

Another perfect recipe by the man Alton Brown. Better than any restaurant fajita I have ever had. Very easy and quick. My one altercation to the recipe was using my propane grill instead of coals. Thanks Alton.

I marinated the steak as directed but cooked it in my grill pan. It was good & certainly easy enough, however, it didn't have a big flavor punch like I expected.

I have made this for my family and for a party of 20 people....lots of rave reviews! It is easy to make and is rather inexpensive on the meat scale. Alton does it again with another great recipe...make sure to take his advice and slice the meat agaisnt the grain...this makes ALL the difference in the tenderness factor!
