    this was easy and really delicious. i broiled it for just a couple of minutes on each side. then broiled the vegetables w/a little olive oil, salt and pepper. A big hit!

    It only takes an hour to marinate and it is totally worth the wait! I made it on my gril pan and it was great.

    This recipe really rocks!!! My family loves when I make this! I haven't tried it with chicken yet. I do prefer to make this with Flank steak instead of Skirt steak. Found that the skirt was still just too chewy.
