Very interesting flavors. My son loved it, my husband was not a fan. I liked it but will not make it again based on we all have to love it for a repeat!

Delicious and easy! I used boneless, skinless thighs and by the time I had cut all the fat off they were quite small so it only took about 30 min and then put the potatoes in for 5 - 10 more. I just put the olive mixture on top of the chicken pieces. I also sprayed the baking sheet. Really tasty!

gee, i was so disappointed with this recipe. first, i would suggest buying boneless thighs especially if you are in a hurry. second, i found the cooking time to be way off. it took longer and still the potatoes were not done. love alton and his cooking but this was not a favorite.

I didn't make the potato part, but did the chicken exactly as written and it was AMAZING. I was concerned the stuffing would be salty, but it wasn't. All the flavors work wonderfully together and there is the added bonus of being so easy to make. I liked Alton before, but now am a huge fan!

Loved it. I thought the pimento olive mixture was going to make the chicken too salty but it was not. I did think that the potato mixture became too greasy and soggy but once the chicken was done, I cooked the potatoes separately for another 15-20 minutes and it was better. I can't wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow!

So good, Awesome. I bought the skinless/boneless chicken. Left out the olives and no veggies... tossed the chicken in the mixture, then sprinkled with Salt/Pepper and baked on foil for 30 minutes... Once on the plate, sprinkled on some grated cheddar cheese. Perfect and quick.

Excellent! Thank-you for the great recipe.....reminiscent of Mexican street chicken......deconstructed.

I made this for dinner tonight and it is SOOOO GOOD! Easy and delicious. I made it exactly by the recipe and wouldn't change a thing. My husband and I both really love it. I will definitely be cooking this again.

The smell of the paprika chicken and potatoes was enough to drive you to eat the dish before it’s done, but we didn’t. My husband said he sees why this is the best chicken dish you ever made. All my husband could say when he finished eating, and I agree, was EXCELLENT!!
