    love it love it. very easy to make. i don't use a "bath" i use a large pan of water under my cheesecake. my springform pan leaks when i put it into the bath.

    Oh yes, this is the perfect cheese cake recipe. No cracks, easy to make and oh so wonderful texture and flavor. Both my family and co-workers LOVED it...whether plain or with a homemade mixed berry syrup. Who knew making a cheese cake was so easy AND lucious!

    This is "thee" cheesecake recipe of all cheesecake recipes. I served it with fresh raspberries but you could use any topping you want.
