These biscuits were easy to make and delicious. I used them for chicken and biscuits. The key is to just do them and leave them alone. I always over worked the dough before watching Good Eats today.

do you ever get tired of Alton Brown being right on about everything in the kitchen? This is the best biscuit recipe. I used my own variation, but was never fully sucessful until now. Thank you Alton!

They were wonderful, easy to make. Very moist, even the left over biscuits the next day. I've tried many bisucit recipes the past month, this one is the best, will probably become my favorite!

Simple recipe, let my kids make them and they sure enjoyed them when they came out. I liked them for their simplicity (not to sweet, not to dry
