In true Alton Brown style, these biscuits are SUPER easy to make and require a minimum of dirty dishes. Better than the things in a can, too. Way better.

These are fabulous. They are fluffier than the previous buttermilk biscuit recipe I used. Kelli, maybe buttermilk biscuits aren't your thing, but they are supposed to be a little tangy (due to the buttermilk. I love that taste, but maybe not everyone does.

Recipe was easy and the biscuit texture was great but there was a tang to the biscuit that I didn't like. Maybe it was the cook...?

I have been taught that making good southern biscuits is very difficult. Not with this recipe! Easy, fast and really, really good!!!
