I used a challah loaf instead of a boule and baked it in a baking dish, and the bread pudding still was absolutely excellent.
I think this recipe lends itself to a great amount of experimenting with different fruits or other ingredients, and I plan to do so in the future!

Amazing! Emulsifying the mixture in the blender and steeping the spices really does make a difference and I will continue to use those techniques in other bread pudding recipes.
I put all the bread in a cake pan rather than putting it back into the loaf.

This was delicious.........but that's what I'd expect from AB. I didn't have any spiced rum so I used Grand Marnier instead and; OH! my goodness, was it ever good. Thank you
