Extreamly easy and flavorful marinade!!!!!! Very versitile....don't be afraid to try it on any meats. X2 pork tenderloins marinated overnight+oven at 275 till 140deg at center= SUPER juicy & delicious!!!!!!!!

This is a good recipe to take an inexpensive piece of meat and make it tender and...
    It was still good.

As usual, AB nailed it. These were excellent. I didn't have any sirloin, so I bought tri-tip roast, and cut it into cubes. Its so well-marbled that it was tender as can be. Served with cous cous and a salad, and my family thought I was a goddess.

    A new "company" dish!

Marinated these for about 3 hours before hitting the grill. Great flavor, but not exactly "spicy" as the name implies. Definitely a keeper recipe, but I'll be playing with the marinating time in the future. Maybe 8 hours next time.

I liked the flavor, very easy to make but next time I would probably use a more tender cut of meat. You can never go wrong with Alton's recipes that's why I love him!

A huge hit at my table! Not enough heat to turn up the nose of my picky eater, and enough flavor to keep the interest of the adults. I will be making these again this summer!. I did leave out the pepper(allergy, and used balsamic vinegar.

This is a great recipe and is really quite simple. I served this with couscous and other grilled veggies. I didn't marinate the meat quite as long as specified, although it would have made it even better. Simply delicious! Would make again!

I made this today and it was out of this world. I did not make the BBQ sauce because I was being lazy but fully plan to next time!

I tried this last night with my husband. I followed the recipe exactly and marinated them for 6 hours. They were too sour for our taste. I?m not sure if I?m going to make them again, but if I do, I would definitely reduce the vinegar by half.

I'm not generally a marinade fan, but this was awesome!
