This recipe is so easy and it tastes so great! I used it with chicken instead of beef and it tastes really good!

I had only a few minutes and did not want to measure so just dumped the spices into my hand to approximate the amounts then into a jar and used an immersion blender to emulsify the marinade. I poured it over the beef chunks and let it sit all of 10 minutes then placed on skewers with onion and red pepper chunks. It was excellent. It is very important to use high quality tender sirloin.

I a new yorker and if you've ever past a shish kabab cart and wanted to bring that taste home with perhaps a more identifable meat or better cut of meat this will bring your push cart smell with top notch taste.

I made this recipe for my husband's 25th birthday bbq. We are known for our annual Leon Day / Hubby Birthday bbq. I wanted to make it super special because it's only once you become a quarter of a century old.
I was nervous making a recipe for 20+ people that I had never tried, but I took that leap of faith.

The Kebabs were raved about by many at the party, although I was not overly impressed with them. They were really easy to make, and faster to cook! I will make them again :-

Even though I only marinated the steak for 3.5 hours, I have to agree with another reviewer that marinated it overnight. Next time I will definitely marinate it overnight. Other than that, the flavors were still fabulous; the marinating time is the only thing that should be changed. My BF and I gobbled it up over basamati rice. How do you do it AB?

These kebabs are out of this world! I did not use sirloin. I had a 1.25 lb ribeye left over that I needed to use. My boyfriend is from Damascus and he could not believe how incredible they were! Definitely try this recipe!
