the flavor of the meat was great. however, next time i would use a more tender cut of meat -maybe fillet or rib eye..i will make this again..

This stuff is just PERFECT. It works equally well with chicken as with beef. Though not so well with little red potatoes...

I've never tried kebabs untill I saw the episode, and they looked SO good, I just had to make them and try them! It was worth the time it takes to make them.

THIS IS SOOOO GOOOD! I am from Pakistan and married a Syrian so this is a GREAT recipe for me!! It's a good cross of Pakistani-Arab with the flavors and the method of cooking...so im in love! I cook them in a rotisserie (sp? and they come out SUPERB! I also add on the onions, bell pepper, tomato number, yum!

Great Great Great. You must let this marinate overnight though. This many flavors need time to mingle together. Served it with homemade garlic stir fry rice and was great. I had my little kitchen helper on this one and she simply loved mixing the marinate.
