This recipie was so delicious. Easy to make, although it took a while but it was amazing and so refreshing. I loved it! Will make it again!!!!

I made this today in a little over an hour, from start to finish. I omitted the ginger (not a big fan but kept everything else the same. I did use homemade chicken broth which added to the overall flavor. I neded up using a bit more chicken broth than what was called for, as I wanted to get this to the same consistency as tomoto soup. Great recipe and I highly recommend this.
