I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SHOW!!!! I was looking for a sugar cookie recipie, and trusted Alton Brown with the recipie. I am extremely glad that I chose this recipie! It was delicious. The recipie was easy and loads of fun. I had some friends over and we decorated them each to fit our own style. I am a 15 year old aspiring chef... I pretty much only watch food network and this show by far is my favorite!!!!.. ever looking for a young chef to have a show... I'm Here!!!!!

I made this cookie recipe for Christmas and it was so easy to roll out and cut into shapes. The recipe was very easy to follow and the cookies were great tasting, not to sweet. I will make this one for all other occasions.

After many many attempts at sugar cookies over the years, these were perfect. Follow the recipie to the letter and you shall be rewarded!

I made these five days ago and they still have really good texture and taste. The royal icing in this episode provides added sweetness and a nice contrast of texture. No more need to search for the perfect sugar cookie...This is it!

This recipe is very easy to do. My 2 1/2 year old really enjoyed cutting out the cookies. It is not too sweet, so it works great with icing. I will make every year now.

The recipe is easy to follow however the taste didn't appeal to us. Add 1/2tsp cream of tartar and there is more flavor.

With a recipe this tasty and easy, how could I eat the plastic-y storebought ones again? Unfrosted, these are great to dunk in tea.

These cookies really are as good as everyone else has written already. I can't believe how easy they were to make too. What a great idea to use powdered sugar instead of flour to roll out the dough. I used this same trick to roll out my gingerbread cookies, and it worked just as well. Thank you Alton Brown!
