These meatballs are AMAZING!!! nice and filling! they are so creamy and flavorful!! YUM!!!! I did some modifications though, I keep a kosher house so I substituted butter for margerine, milk for soy milk, and pork for ground beef, but it was stil DELICIOUS!!

This was decent. I'm still looking for that unforgettable "go-to" recipe... this is not it. There isn't any depth to the flavor. I'll try something else next time.

OUTSTANDING! I used 2.5 lbs ground turkey instead of beef/pork, added a small amount of garlic powder and chopped parsley. Will make this again very soon! perfect over egg noodles. incredibly tasty! pared with a nice white wine on the side.

Loved this! The only change I made was adding 2 cloves of garlic to the meatballs, a couple tablespoons of chopped parsley and using breadcrumbs instead of torn bread. We served it over egg noodles.

Very good but I did some slight modifications and turned this into a slow cooker dish which worked great. My daughter doesn't eat pork so I used all ground beef. Otherwise, I made the meat balls as directed then moved the browned meat balls to the slow cooker. Added the flour to the pan then used one can of beef consume (10oz then the balance beef broth to the pan to get the pan drippings. Put the thicken stock over the meatballs in the crockpot. Cooked 5 hrs on low, added 1/4 c. sour cream then cooked 30 minutes on low. Served over noodles
