    This is the best recipe! Very easy to make and it smelled heavenly while it was cooking. The flavors are perfect even though I couldn't find the smoked paprika. The family couldn't get enough of this so I will definitely make again and again!! You're a genius Alton!

    THIS WAS SO INCREDIBLY EASY, AND IT IS SO DELICIOUS. I NEVER THOUGHT THE MEAT WOULD GET SO TENDER THAT IT CAN BE CUT WITH A FORK. THE SAUCE WAS SAVOURY, AND IT WAS JUST THE RIGHT TEXTURE. ALL IN ALL, IT'S A GREAT QUICK AND EASY SWISS STEAK, AND IT'S A LOT BETTER THAN MY MOTHERS.

    'This is great' was the first words out of my husband's mouth when he tasted this steak. He said it was the best Swiss steak he has ever had. He TOLD me to add it to my family cookbook! I love it when that happens.

    I followed the recipe up to the point of putting the dish in the oven. Instead I put everything in my crockpot and cooked it for 5 hours. It turned out great!

    I love Swiss Steak, but didn't think I could make it because it tastes complicated. Saw Alton make this last week and tried it. Very easy to make, but it was really difficult waiting for it to be done-it smelled wonderful.
