    I love the fact that the show gives you reasons why cookies have different consistencies. My tastes lean towards the chewy, and it is one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever tasted

    My wife has been a chocolate chip cookie afficionado for nearly 50 years and has honed and refined her "favorite" recipe during that time. One session with the "Chewy" from AB was enough. This cookie is better than her longtime favorite and is the new "best cookie ever" recipe.

    I also sent the recipe to my sister who immediately agreed it was the best recipe she'd ever tried.

    Without a doubt the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever made. Once I got past how odd it was to melt butter for choclate chip cookies it was easy enough to make. Less time than a good sugar cookie. The cookies themselves were thick and chewy and delicious. My boys loved them but were perfectly content stopping after two! A plate would disappear with the old recipe. Now they want to save them and make them last. Mt husband was thrilled they were still soft and chewy the next day!

    These are THE BEST chocolate chip cookies ever! They even work as a pan cookie. I made them for a picnic with my husband and I and set aside a few to serve as dessert for company the next night. I caught my preschooler and husband polishing them off. When I confronted them, my husband said, "Why don't you call and ask them to bring dessert? You made these for us!" The recipe is a keeper

    These cookies are great. I make them about 1 a week. I cook for a drug rehab and our clients go bananas and beg me to make them.

    Usually sweet food doesn't get eaten at my house but these cookies were gone in 2 days! They were very easy to make and they go great with milk!
