    My family has always complained about my cookies being dry and no taste but these got great reviews. I will continue to make these wonderful cookies.

    These are so excellent!! The best part is, they stay soft! I live in the desert and that is VERY impressive! Alton scores another one!

    This is my first successful chocolate chip cookie recipe EVER. I have only gotten "The Puffy" variety in the past, despite aiming for the chewy. These are wonderfully chewy and moist - and absolutely delicious! Thank you, AB!

    It was a delicious cookie; however, at the same time I also made the basic CCC recipe from the bag of chips. I offered a taste test to 8 different people. 6 could not tell the difference, and the other two split on which was better. I myself (not included in this informal survey could not taste a difference. Perhaps since it was just a couple days later, and the original CCC recipe was still in prime form they both tasted delicious, but I give it 2 stars because trying them both at the same time it is hard to tell the difference. You are still my favorite chef, though, AB!

    This (and it's accompaning recipes made making good cookies easy and understandable. The explanations of why the slight alterations work the way they do was very useful!
