A very easy recipe for a weeknight! My husband and I make this with a horseradish sauce for dipping--yum!

These are very easy to make and very delicisious. My entire family loves them, including my 3 year old.

I'm not much of a cook to date but I saw Alton making this recipe on t.v. and thought..."I can do that!" So, a few nights later I tried it and it turned out great! It even heats up well as a leftover and I can't wait to share it with friends.

I have to admit, I was skeptical. But these were really good! The fishiness cooked right out, and they were meaty and flavorful. I'm going to make them again--and the key is definitely to make the appetizer size; anything larger would probably be too hard to flip without it falling apart.

Used chunk light tuna and they tasted great. My wife enjoyed the crispy exterior and the moist interior. Easy to make with common household kitchen items. A "last minute" winner!

Tasty recipe, which I plan to make a regular in my house. I needed more breacrumbs than called for, so if you want less bread be sure to drain the tuna very well. Also, a small shallot is a fine substitute for green onions, but toss in some parsley or dried celery leaves (my favorite that little 'green' flavor. Also, tossing in a 1/4 tsp of tumeric adds a lovely color & works nicely with the mustard, Next time, I'll leave out the added salt. Use a #20 disher to portion, and you'll have 6 moderate patties instead of the 8 appetizer size.

I like tuna and this is a good recipe for a change from casseroles.
I think mine were a little dry because I got the pan way to hot. I will try these again. They are good with tatar sauce on a bun too.
