These tuna croquettes were easy to make and delicious! We used whole wheat panko to make them and dipped them in tarter sauce. Yummy! :

This recipe was an interesting twist for tuna, and easy to prepare after work (even with an almost three-year-old running around. The ingredients were readily available, and the taste was a refreshing change to our weekly routine of dinners. Definitely buy/make some tartar sauce to go along - these croquettes are delicious!

This was super easy to make and it was delicious. If you are not a fan of that "tuna" taste this is the recipe for you, the pan frying totally tames the tune taste. My croquette was a little soggy, so I cut slits in the parchment and put paper towels under to soak up the wetness, and ended up putting squares of paper towels on top while they rested for th 15 min. Also, you may need to refresh the olive oil before slipping them to get a nice crust on both sides. I mixed mayo and relish together to go on top as a tartar sauce.

I was looking for a more creative way to use up canned tuna and this recipe certainly fit the bill. It was quick and easy and tasted great. The panko bread crumbs were a nice alternative to traditional bread crumbs and added a nice crunch. I will definitely be making these again!

We made this with tuna the first time and salmon the second time. Easy-to-follow, very tasty, quick prep. I suspect you can use any meat you want, just substitute regular onion for green onion where appropriate

I'm normally not a fan of tuna out of cans or pouches (my mom force-fed me one too many tuna-raspberry surprise casseroles, but I do trust Alton, so I decided to spring this one on my unsuspecting husband (who's also not a fan of canned tuna. What a great surprise this was! Crunchy, tangy, and thoroughly delicious, he gobbled it without even asking what it was until it was all gone! And remarkably easy to put together, too - I had everything but the green onions in my pantry or fridge, so I minced a small sweet yellow onion instead, and was very happy with the result. We'll be having this one again really soon!

This was a quick, easy, and cheap little meal that I made. Goes good with a mustard, miracle whip, tabasco dipping sauce.

I was amazed at how great these tuna croquettes tasted. I have never been a fan of packaged tuna, so I was very apprehensive about trying these. My husband accidently bought chunk light tuna instead of albacore, but it turned out to be a great substitute. They are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. They don't have that classic tuna fish fishiness either. I served these with a simple remoulade sauce made with mayo, capers, scallions, old bay seasoning, hot sauce and lemon juice and paired them with a romaine salad for a perfect light meal. This gets five stars simply because it made packaged tuna taste like a restaurant worthy croquette!
