It was easy to make and cooked up quickly but needed a little extra something to give it some zing. I'll try it again but will probably at a touch of hot sauce or red pepper flakes to jazz it up a bit.

I was pleasantly surprised when combining all the ingredients of all the different twists I could ad. Leaving this master piece the way Alton prepared it was the path he showed me. The Easy meal is not only easy, but incredibly tasty. Thanks Alton. PS,..next time I'll kick it up a little with "Oh I dont know Cajun spices"???

I wasn?t too keen on these are they are so mild, but my husband loved them. When I said I would like to try them with salmon instead of tuna because that would be a stronger taste, he objected saying they were two different things.

I tried this the night I saw it on TV. Ended up deep frying it [had the fryer out] They came out crispy, moist inside and delicious! The left overs were even great the next day [microwave to warm]. Served with tartar sauce.
I will definitely be making this one again. Very easy and very good eats.

I like the fact that this recipe is made from common household staples and is a very tasty snack. The only complaint I have is that the croquettes are very delicate, and that makes forming and breading them a dicey operation.
