Very Very good, does not taste anything like tuna, my husband said that they tasted like crab. Very easy to make, did just as the recipe said, will be making them again for sure

Perfect quick lunch. Made these exactly as is for lunch today after watching Tuna, Surprise! I knew I would like them, but was taking a chance on my 1 y/o. Well rest assure it was a hit, she woofed it down with her mac n cheese with zero fuss! Thanks for an incredibly easy, successful lunch for me and my little squeakers!

Uhhh...not for me. Was excited about the simple ingredients, but no one in my family liked them.

Was home alone (for once before my monthly big shopping expedition and was wondering what to make. Saw a can of albecore in my cupboard and checked FN and found this recipe. I was concerned because my mom used to always make 'tuna burgers' and they were horrible. So, thought I would try Alton's recipe. I was out of panko, so i used saltines and ommitted the salt in the recipe. Also out of pepper (I know, who runs out of freakin pepper?, so added a couple dashes of old bay. I served myself these prepared cakes with some of my rockin homemade tarter. They were great (nothing like my mom's morphed freaky tuna surprise patties. I had made four patties as entrees - two each serving, so in figuring the cost out for two servings, it came to less than $2.00 a serving, and add a small salad.....$2.50.... ya can't get any better than that!

Very good, and easy. I use a similar recipe with canned salmon without the mustard, but can imagine that would good. I also substitute shallots for the green onions, depending what I have on hand. Thank you, Alton.

I used this recipe last night and they were pretty good. The only thing I'd change is more panko and less dijon.

Very good. However I used smoked salmon instead. It is great but hard to keep lit.

Wonderful! The panko bread crumbs are perfect- adding a crunchiness that was quite tastey. I added some chives and finely chopped red pepper for color. Will def. Make again

Perfect. Thanks Alton. We can't get decent seafood here, so I really appreciate this recipe. Serve with Tartar Sauce:
    4T sour cream
    2T mayo
    1T horseradish sauce
    1T capers
    pepper
    squeeze of lime
