very tasty- I didn't have tuna packets(only canned, but it wound up fine... I also had no parchment paper, but paper towels worked great. there was barely any mustard left in the jar, so I took the mostly empty bottle (prob. about a teaspoon or so left and put about three Tbsp of water in( as well as a dash of sugar, then shook it until the walls were clean, and poured it over the extra breadcrumbs. It was a nice sauce (esp. for those like me, who dislike tartar

Who knew - packaged tuna! I tried this recipe after watching Alton's silly video. I read all of the reviews. I only had canned tuna and regular Progresso breading crumbs. It was fun! I had just put all of the ingredient together to let it sit for 15 minutes. AAhhh - the fragrance even before they were cooked. WOW! Everyone absolutely Loved these. There were not enough. I will have to double the recipe and get panko crumbs. I served this with homemade tartar sauce (Emeril and sliced tomatoes, salted with olive oil drizzle.

Very to make and very tasty. I made mine with canned tuna and they came out great. My family loved them so much, this is my 3rd time to make them. I agree, the panko and dijon make it. I have made it with regular and panko crumbs, both are good, but panko is better, nice crust! Good eats!!!

These rocked! I made mine alittle bigger so my husband and I could have 3 each. I follwed the instructions and they came out perfect. Tasted just like a crab cake! The only thing I did a little different was add more panko crumbs - they made this dish.

These croquettes were delicious! I had no green onions, so I added a little onion powder, but otherwise stuck to the recipe. The Panko made them nicely crispy- I'll be sure to use it more often in other recipes now.

Delicious!! I was so surprised! Great idea for an appetizer. I did it for dinner for one and it was perfect. I forgot the lemon juice and the pepper, but it still turned out great. Love Alton's recipes!!
