    Alton, amazing as always. I tried adding a little cumin to the mix.

    This hummus recipe has just the perfect amount of tangyness that hummus needs. I use natural peanut butter, and substitute just a tiny bit of tahini in for some of the peanut butter. If you aren't the biggest PB fan, substitute in more tahini. AB won't mind ;

    This recipe was fine except it tastes like peanut butter. I added a bunch more spices and herbs and still couldn't get rid of the pb taste. It's still good, just not hummus.

    Hit the spot. I'm very picky about my hummus since my absolute favorite is from a local restaurant. For me, I prefer a little less garlic and lemon and more olive oil, but this was very easy to tweak to tast. What would we do without AB?

    My husband loves hummus and he loves peanut butter! Thank you Alton Brown for bringing these two things together for the perfect snack for when my husband comes home but dinner isn't ready yet!

    Found this while looking for a recipe for hummus since I had Tahini (2 1/2 Tbl I used that instead of PB. After making it and cleaning up I remembered I hadn't put any olive oil in. I thought it was good the way it was so I only put 2 Tbl in instead of 1/3 cup. No salt either, didn't need any. I didn't think I even liked Hummus but I do now.

    Very Yummy, I just threw everything in the food processor at once though. Turned out a little thin but was still reeallly really good. Thanks again Alton Brown for another awesome recipe :

    my grocery store does not carry tahini, so I was excited to find this recipe. I cut the peanut butter down to 1.5 tbs and it was delicious! Also, I did not have parsley, but substituting 4 fresh mint leaves worked out well.

    Excellent! You may consider 1 or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter instead of 2 or 3 as the recipe calls for. Wheat tortillas will work well for dipping if you don't have pita bread ; . Great recipe!

    My 4yr old loves hummus, and the thought that he could make it AND eat it just thrilled him. He dumped all the ingredient into the food processor and whirled it while I drizzled the olive oil. We made a double batch, using a little more lemon juice out of a bottle since we had no zest and the tahini on 3 TBS of dried parsley. Oh, you have to use tahini, it is so worth it. And the hummus . . . it is delicious!! My 4yr old was humming while eating it with thin wheat crackers, and said how we should sell this at the end of our driveway so everybody could have this on their table. He "wants to eat this all day!"
