although it is a bit of a pain to de-seed the jalapenos if you don't like them extra spicy, the nachos were easy to make and delicious - as is the norm from AB

I'm not a fan of jalepeno peppers, but Alton Brown's nacho recipe was the best I've made. It's easy, innovative, and tastes great. Just the nachos I was looking for!

Nachos are one of those dishes, like Chili or barbeque, that people have strong opinions about. Alton Brown's nachos are pretty simple - which to me is good.
