When I tried this recipe at home, I was amazed at how easy and tastey it was. I did two full racks of pork ribs in my small oven in my Apt. and I have never had better ribs. They were tender, juicy and the glaze that you make from yhe drippingd, makes the best BBQ sauce Ive ever tasted! Thanks Alton!!

I found this recipe good but too moist, and they tasted a little boiled. I suggest the following adjustments
1 Use much less brasing liquid, like 1/2.
2 Was able to crisp it up using my oven's broiler.
3 let the rub sit longer

Talk about tender! These are so good they should be illegal. I like to finish mine on the grill for an extra crispy outside.

I've made this receipe several times with exceptional results. I do recommend a few changes: 1 After braising, the liquid takes a long time to reduce, I use my favorite sauce recipe for the glaze. 2 To get the best crisp outside texture I finish on the charcoal grill over medium heat a few minutes each side.
