I made this stuffing for Thanksgiving five years ago, and my brother - a notorious stuffing("dressing!" hater - loved it! Our families live a ways apart so we can't always make it together every holiday, but he'll be at our gathering this year; I'm making it again as a surprise. Thanks, Emeril.

I made this recipe back in 2003 for Thanksgiving and added a bit more of all the spices and ingredients to taste and MAN WAS IT DELICIOUS. My wife and I make it every year for the Holidays. My PC crashed last year and I lost the recipe but easily found it today on this site. THANK You FOOD NETWORK!!!

If you're looking for a good cornbread stuffing recipe keep looking. It's edible but my family has had better. Try Paula Deen's recipe.

My whole family loved this recipe. I rolled it in pounded chicken breasts and pan fried it. To me it seemed like there was something it needed but I pushed that aside when everyone gobbled it up : Overall this is a great recipe to stun your friends because it is different and not that hard to make.

This dressing was an absolute hit at my last Christmas Dinner. It was a traditional dressing with a Creole twist. As a matter of fact, it is February and I am preparing to fix it for dinner on this rainy evening.
