- 1/2 ounce Aperol
- 5 ounces prosecco
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
Pour the Aperol into a chilled champagne flute and top with the prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Very tasty and also refreshing. Touring through Italy it was the one drink could you always count on to pick you up at the end of a day or touring. Anne has caught it perfectly. Love you Anne.
