I made this and it was very salty but in a good way. I have made this numerous times without the coriander seed and it was still great! Anne rocks! :

OUTSTANDING! We marinated it for 8 hours, which makes a difference! I made no changes to the main course, other than only using two pork tenderloins instead of 4 because our family of 5 can't eat 4! It was so good as is, but I did change the sauce. Based on the comments that it was too salty, I added 1/3 C rice wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons of sugar & then after it boiled, I squeezed in the juice of the orange that was zested. That really made it good.

We loved it. I didn't have ginger, coriander, or spinach. However, it was very good! My 12 and 10 year old went back for seconds.

Great, but next time I would use less soy. Very salty.

Nom, nom, nom! Very good. The boiled, left-over marinade was a little salty as a sauce, but adding a third cup of rice vinegar and a couple teaspoons of sugar fixed that nicely. Yum!

This was an amazing dish!! It was very tasty and easy to make. Even my 14 year old daughter who usually eats hamburgers and pizza enjoyed this dish. :

This was very good and easy to make. I gave it four stars because it was slightly on the salty side for my taste, and I would reduce the orange zest down to 3/4 of an orange - but that is a personal preference, I marinated for six hours and perhaps that brought out the saltiness. However, this is a wonderful recipe that I will make again for my family with slight tweaking. My two teenage sons and husband raved about the flavor.
