I made this for my friends last weekend for a holiday party. It was the star of the party! Everyone loved it and said it was the best pork dish they have ever eaten. I let it marinate overnight, and the flavors all came together very nicely. It was perfection. I had to share the recipe with everyone at the party. I only wish I could have taken credit for it. : Thank you Chef Anne. You never disappoint!

The only change I made was to add honey to the sauce when it was heating on the stove top. It was delicious.

Not really rocket surgery (rocket scientist/brain surgeon if you don't get it here complainers.....I had to cut back on the orange zest...substituted oranhe juice frmo one orange which helped cut the saltiness and cut slightly on the hot stuff...Otherwise really good, but would recommend Emeril's recipe over this one cause even though it is easy to substitute and fix things for a better outcome...we rate on the recipe itself!

Anne, you did it again! Your flavors blended so well together and that sauce was to die for. I did use the low sodium soy sauce and it was perfect - not too salty at all for this viewer. Love what you do and you are great to watch!

Granted, I don't cook with a ton of salt usually, but I literally couldn't eat this. My husband and daughter thought is was just a little too salty, and will hopefully finish this off.

I made this with low sodium soy sauce AND only used 1/2 the amount and it was too salty. Anne just cooks with way too much salt period, I should have known better.

Great recipe. Have made it twice now. Just use the low sodium soy sauce. Have also used chopped fresh jalepenos instead of the hot sauce. Love Anne's recipes.
