I'm afraid I'm going to have to agree with the minority here. I made this tonight. My husband took one bite and declared it way too salty. Not to trust his opinion I then tried it myself and agreed. I've made other marinades for chicken with soy sauce as it's base and never had a problem. Perhaps they had enough other liquids (e.g. juice, sherry etc. to dilute the salt in the soy sauce. Anyway, I won't be making this one again. I don't know what to do with the rest of my tenderloin, I sure hate to waste it.

Just a tad too salty, but otherwise the flavor was pretty good, the pork was tender and juicy. If I were to make this again I would cut the amount of soy sauce in half or use a reduced salt soy sauce. I omitted the coriander because my husband doesn't like pungent spices, so I would be interested in hearing from others whether the coriander gives it a subtle or strong flavor. Also I had rice vinegar, not rice wine vinegar -- I don't know if there is a big difference between them.

My husband said that this was the BEST tenderloin he's ever tasted. He especially liked the light citrus taste. What a perfect blend and depth of flavors..
It was seared on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. I finished mine in the oven at a high temp because I'm not a griller. I will make this again very soon. We both loved it. Thank you, Anne. Your dishes are unique and new to me, and I've been cooking for many years. What a creative and superb chefess you are!

We usually have pork tenderloin at least once p/week. I saw this recipe on your show and made it the next evening. My husband and kids devoured both tenderloins. I've made it twice since then for dinner parties, and everyone wants the recipe. Packed full of flavor!

This recipe for pork tenderloin is the best I've ever made. It's going into my repertoire for sure. Thanks Anne! I'm going to try the marinade on shrimp...sounds fabulous. Try it with Giada's Israeli Couscous with Apples, Cranberries and Herbs. Great side dish to go with this pork.

Loved this recipe from start to finish. Over the weekend we made the pork tenderloin, spinach/sugar snap peas side dish and clams in beer broth. ALL EXCEPTIONAL and worth making again and again.
Thanks Anne for great, tasty and easy to prepare recipes. Love your show!
