Hey hot stuff,
Working this recipie right now. Could'nt wait to try this after watching the show. Great suggestion on boiling the merinade since a lot of the cost is in the marinade. I love your enthusiasm on the show, You have to be a rock and roll chick. Can't wait for more of your restaurant secrets. Ryche on hot mama.

Simply AMAZING!
This recipe was so simple and what was even better was that it was so simple to improvise and add to it. I say this, because I made the entire episode for dinner tonight. For the spinach with sugar snap peas, I added an orange liquer and a ginger liquer to sautee the mirapoux. The entire meal was delicious. The tenderloin was the best I have made in quite some time. I impressed myself today and I owe it to Anne. Thanks! - jen

I have made concoctions similar to this many times, but this one nailed exactly what I was looking for. The toasted and ground coriander seeds really bumped it up, too. The whole episode was chock full of simple, springtime-fresh flavors. Thanks!
