This was the most delicious Asian marinade I've ever made. I didnt have Sambal Olek, so I used Sriracha (delish, and I also blotted the tenderloins with a paper towel, prior to grilling, and rubbed them with a small amount of light sesame oil and then dusted them with the toasted, crushed coriander. I love Anne Burrell's recipes. She has never disappointed me!!!!!

Yummy dinner tonight, the pork was amazing - we will be having this again. We also had the spinach, they didn't have any fresh peas at the store so I used frozen, it was good the spinach was amazing and I can't wait till peas are in season. Hubby asked for the spinach again soon.

I thought I hated pork until I had this recipe. Anne, you have truly outdone yourself with the flavors on this one. I used center cut pork chops and let them marinate overnight, and I omitted the chile paste but added the zest and juice of a whole blood orange to the marinade. The flavors were so incredible together. This recipe made me love pork again!

I never use Asian spices when I cook, that's my hubby's territory. But I wanted to try something new and different over the weekend. I enjoyed the challenges in this recipe: I'd never blanched a vegetable before and I'm very sensitive to sulfur compounds so I had to make my own chili paste from scratch. But I'm happy to say we loved the finished product.

I made this tonight for my husband and father-in-law and we all loved it. I did add some fresh orange juice to the marinade to balance the saltiness of the soy and made 4 chops instead of 2. I did make the snow peas and spinach too along with some rice. I will make it again for sure! Thanks Anne!

This is absolutely amazing. I have made it already more than 10 times and I can not get enough. I got this recipe from the show worst cooks in america. I really like the videos that you saw step by step how to make it.
Thank you Chef Anne, you have a great energy and you are fun to watch on TV.

I wanted to try this so bad I had to go out and buy a zester. There was a bit of a kick to it that I thought my husband would bark at, but he loved it and of course I did too. Thank you.

This dish was delicious! I added course black pepper to add more kick to it and next time I am going to add a little bit of OJ to bring out that orange flavor even more. The sauce was just great, bright flavor from the orange zest with a little kick of spice from the Sambal Olek.
