I followed this recipe exactly-- my husband and I REALLY enjoyed it! The only thing I would change is perhaps less orange zest, but even then the orange-y flavor wasn't really strong enough to be a deal-breaker.

This recipe was very easy & flavorful. My family loved it! The orange zest really adds to the flavor and helps it stand out from other asian marinades. I have also used this to marinate chicken legs and then broil them - delightful!

If I were on Worst Cooks, despite following the recipe to a tee, I would have been sent packing with this dish. The marinade is WAY TOO SALTY! The sugar snap peas and spinach was bland. I didn't save the leftovers.

I made the pork chops and it was very easy and tasty, I will make again, hubby Loved the sauce. I did serve with sugar snap peas, but we just had them plain. I served with rice too. Thanks!
