I prepared this brisket, exactly by the recipe, it is amazing...I was a little afraid of the balsamic vinegar, but it tasted great and the meat was moist...you rock...I will definetly make this again....I still have 2/3 of a brisket left; and with the one I prepared last night, sitting on my stovetop resting, I want to go pull the other one out of the freezer and cook it today....what a great Taste

Outstanding! I used Smithwicks brew instead of stock. I also added lots of rosemary! Loved it!

My 17 year old son and I just got done watching you make this...we swear we could smell all those yummy smells right through the TV! Making your Beef Brisket, potato pancakes for Sunday dinner. BTW, I love the way you cook, my son says you crazy talk to the food just like I do...I think you rock!
