I love love love this recipe. I was delicious. The only change I made was to use only half of the lime juice and zest. I served this with white rice. You have to make the sour cream sauce. Delicious!

Excellent flavors. I added four jalapenos just based on my palate. The chicken dish was great, but the sour cream had too much lime for my taste. Paired this with mashed rutabega which was perfect. Will mix white and dark meat next time.

I LOVE tomatillos! This dish had all the right spices and ingredients to make it so delicious and I believe authentic enough for the traditional palate. I used all chicken legs because it's what I had and the chicken tasted odd. I didn't like how the legs made this dish taste and how greasy it made the dish. I served this with Mex rice and refried beans for a complete meal. Aside for the undesirable flavor the legs gave, this dish is delicious and I will make this again using only chicken breast.

This recipe is AWESOME!!! The only thing that I will change next time, is that I will dial back the lime in the sour cream just a bit. Other than that, I can't wait to have this again! Thanks Chef Anne, as always you never fail.

I was nervous cooking this for the first time for a party with a mexican theme and not practicing it or trying it first. It turned out amazing!! I got lots of compliments and will be making this again. I used all thighs in my recipe and added one extra jalepeno (we like heat!! I reccommend!!

EASY WITH COMPLEX FLAVORS. I am always looking for new recipes to feed my Mexican wife and mother-in-law. I took the time to really char the jalapeños and tomatillos, and to brown off the chicken. I used three jalapeños and included the seeds. The heat was just about right for them which means too much for most. I also served it with rice and corn tortillas. It made for an easy, but satisfying weekday meal which I will definitely make again. The family verdict? "Que rico comida!"
