    It was amazing one of my favorite recipes ever! it was so tender a juicy .. I didnt have the wheat berry so i used wild rice it was soo good.

    Oh boy, is this a fantastic recipe. The pork is so tender and the sauce, I didn't have white wine but I had Champagne Vinegar, it was wonderful. I will try the wheat berry salad next time with this. Thanks Anne.

    Delicious! The pork literally fell apart it was so tender and juicy! The braising sauce was perfect. I served with the warm wheat berry salad. All together it was a rich, satisfying meal.n

    Watched this episode yesterday at noon and an hour later was at the market buying the ingredients. At 6PM I served the yummiest pork dish ever!
