This also works beautiully as a stuffing for thick boneless pork chops seasoned with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and seasoned salt, then grilled on the grill. Jusr don't overdo the pork and let it rest for at least 5 minutes. Any really good mustard or salsa works as a dipper for the meat.

THIS IS DELICIOUS!!!! I am an "okay" cook and for me, this recipe took a while to prepare. However, the end result was fantastic! I served it with a side of Anne's sauteed kale and some mashed potatoes. I will DEFINITELY make this again! Once again, Anne has come through with a great one!

Amazing! This recipe was unbelievable. My husband and I, both loved it very much. It's a great dish to make when you want to serve chicken to company. It was a bit labor intensive, but worth the effort. Thanks so much!

Outstanding! These are so delicious, and not terribly difficult. The chicken is moist and has great flavor, the stuffing is yummy, and the sauce adds so much. Great recipe.

Dinner party for 12? Call on Chef Anne. The chicken roulade is fantastic. I agree with others, the chicken is so moist and flavorful. Little Italiana that I am, I used Italian sausage. Thank you Chef Anne and other reviewers.
