This was fantastic. Full of flavor, juicy and zingy. A great idea for boneless chicken breasts and east to make. Keep giving us more recipes like this , Anne.

This was so delicious...my husband, 12 and 2 YOs loved it! I couldn't find sherry vinegar at the store so I used red wine vinegar. I wasn't a fan of the sauce, which I made into gravy by making a simple rue, but my husband and kids loved it. It was very crunchy with the panko making it extra yummy. There was a lot of the stuffing let over, so I would cut all of that in half. I made it with mashed potatoes and it was great, elegant meal.

It was wonderful!! My oldest son LOVED it!! The only thing is I have left over stuffing. What would be a good thing to do with it?

I loved it. I substituted the breast strips (crossing two per serving then added the stuffing. It was the most moisturized breast I have tasted in quite a while. Kudos...

This recipe is delicious. It's really like a thanksgiving dinner in one roll. I really preferred it with smashed potatoes simply because it's very rich.

Excellent!! I increased the nuts to 1/2 cup and I think next time I'll increase it even more. Love the crunch.

Wow! Anne Burrell, you give us great recipes! This was excellent and the chicken was so very moist and tasty. I made the stuffing a bit different--I didn't use chorizo but some other sausage, and I didn't have manchego cheese so used some other cheese I had. Chef Anne, you are a genius! Loved, loved, loved this recipe!!!!!!!!! Thanks!

Love Anne Burrell! this recipe is so easy, just that I hit the chicken a little too hard n had to patch it up with a little bit of flour and the stuffing is so yummy! I altered it so it would be more Italian and loved it, thank you Chef Anne!!!

Great. I used chicken chorizo as we don't eat pork or beef. I also made the kale and it was excellent with the chicken. This is definitely a 5 star. Not sure why it's showing an average rating when only two people gave it less than 5, two people who didn't taste it yet. Oh well.
