Bread came out over baked. May try 325 F next time for 70 minutes.

Very good! Tart, sweet and very moist! I made this as part of my gifts for christmas so I ended up making mini loaves which made 3. I believe I only baked them for about 45 minutes. I will be making again!

Delicious and simple to make. I also used a can of mandarin oranges and fresh cranberries. Will be making again soon!

Delicious! I made several changes/additions to this recipe...used 3/4 whole wheat pastry flour plus 1/4 all-purpose flour, added in finely chopped walnuts, used chopped canned mandarin oranges (a good idea from another reviewer since too time consuming for me to peel and then section an orange and unfortunately, had to leave out the orange zest at the last minute (I zested and juiced what I thought was an orange and then realized it was a small ruby red grapefruit that was in the bin of juicing oranges!. A very moist, flavorful and pretty bread that made two small loaves.

I screwed mine up because I thought it said baking powder, not baking soda, so it turned out a bit more crumbly. I left 1/4 C of white sugar out, thinking I might make a glaze for on top but I like the sweetness as is. I think next time I might add the zest of the second orange I used in the batter.

    Will definitely make again!

THIS IS DOGGONE GOOD! GETS BETTER EACH DAY AND STAYS MOIST. I MADE MINE WITH DRIED TART CHERRYS INSTEAD OF CRANBERRIES. THE ORANGE TASTE IS JUST RIGHT. SCHMEAR SOME CREAM CHEESE ON AND ENJOY. EASY TO MAKE - THE QUICK PART REFERS TO HAVING YOUR MISE EN PLACE IN PLACE! THE ZESTING TAKES TIME AND SEPERATING THE ORANGE MEAT FROM THE ORANGES TAKES TIME ALSO ...AFTER THAT, PRETTY EASY.
JUST ATE THE LAST PIECE...WISH I HAD MADE TWO! THANKS, ANNE....YOUR THE BEST.

Tried this recipe last night...wasn't sure I would love it since I would prefer a fruit/bread recipe that includes pecans or walnuts, but this bread is fantastic! Used convection oven and the crust was crunchy while the inside was super moist and absolutely delicious. Definitely "quick". Definitely a winner!
