This was good but TOO SWEET and too rich for me and everyone else who tried it. I had to use canned cherries (fresh were not in season. Perhaps I'll give it another try when I can get fresh cherries and use less sugar.

Delicious! I think I would prefer it without chocolate chips though. My husband said the same thing. It is just a matter of personal taste, and not a reflection on the recipe. I mixed the batter in the blender, starting with the liquid ingredients and adding the flour last. They all turned out perfect. This is a keeper!

I thought that it was simple and delicious.
Thank you for making it so simple.
I did make it with the cherries. Then I also had strawberries so that people could choose.

Outstanding! Chef Anne can do no wrong.
I dont care if she sticks her face in the her bowl. It's HER kitchen and she's not cooking for anyone esle but herself and if her crew wants it. Personally, I'd eat her double-dipped stuff, too.

1st time making them & tasting them & they were so good.I used diet cook instead of club soda.I know I thought these may not work, but I didn't have any club soda on hand & I was thinking something with carbonation in it.You can't even taste it & it gives the crepes the umph that they need.I'm going 2 try these w/other sodas like 7up,sprite,regular coke etc.You won't be disappointed at all if you make these. Thanks Anne.

The Crepes look delish, I have a comment though, I love watching Anne Cook, today I noticed while she was making the filling for the crepes she put her spoon in the filling to taste it, ok, thats fine, but she went back in and used the same spoon to taste more of the filling, she did this twice and then stuck her spoon back into the filling in which she used to fill the crepes. Chef Anne this was your pet peeve on the worst cooks of America, you made the same mistake today. Go back and look closely and you will see what I am talking about. We veiwers watch very carefully . sincerely , Patricia RN

Made the Crepes w/o the cinnamon and they were good. But don't waste your time and Money on the cherries, They were to strong, Plus it took some time to pit the pound of cherries. Before I took this double recipe of this item to a family party ,I made a back-up topping of strawberry's with 3/4 cup sugar added and did not cook them. I boiled the syrup from the strawberry,s to reduce. The Crepes were a hit with the strawberry,s, The cherries were tried but was not liked (noteing the disgarded topping in the trash can . Also goodluck finding a Meyer lemon. its harvest time is in the winter and the cherries harvest is early summer. poor timing I guess!

I've never made crepes before and was a little nervous. I must admit, they rocked! The cream filling was to die for. Put it all together and they were a total hit. These will be made often in my household - I can't wait to make the again already.
