I really am so happy to be the first to rate this recipe. Just happen to have a pork store down the road from my house so I go the best Pork Belly ever. I have cooked many recipes from this site and never had the urge to comment. This truly is the best ever. I don't have enough to say about this. Everyone should try it. I followed the directions to a tee and it turned out perfect. Could no stop eating it. Anne I am impressed.
