I had all of the ingredients and one drinks worth of Hendricks left, so I went for it. The muddling was a bit labor intensive as well as the shaking for 2 minutes, but...its good! Kinda glad I only had enough cucumber and gin and lime for one drink - by the way, I added about an ounce more gin. Needed it.

Well, since no one else has tried this, I did. It is easy and very refreshing. Drink it up while it's ice cold. I added some lime zest and used lemon/lime club soda.
FYI - I learned that Hendricks Gin IS infused with cucumber so you don't have to specify. They only make 1 gin and this is it.
