DELICIOUS, will make it again. Used dry cumin because I didn't have the seeds. Roasted the tenderloin to 160, slightly pink and of so juicy.

Like Anne, my husband loves pork in any shape or form, especially pork tenderloin. Unfortunately, while I like pork, I do not share his passion and have never found a pork tenderloin recipe I really liked - until now. I made this for Sunday dinner, and it's AMAZING!!!!! Not only did my husband love it, but I did too. Thanks so much Anne. Love your show and your unique approach to food; I also love the way you teach as you go along.

Just stunning. I look forward to making this again. I adore ginger and cumin, and finding new ways to use these elements always excites me. Pork is not one of my favorite meats, but I ADORED this recipe.

Pork was delicious!! I marinated the tenderloins overnight. I also added 1/2 tsp of salt to the rub mixture. Pork was cooked to perfection and juicy!!
