I LOVE the dry rub. The sauce, not so much. I like a sweeter sauce, if any, but thought really they were awesome just roasted with the rub on them. The technique rocks though and I highly recommend you give it a try. Definitely a keeper in my recipe box, right along with her roast leg of lamb with fennel and red bliss potatoes. We make that every Christmas now! I love you Anne!!

Super good! Really tender! The only thing that prevented 5 stars was the amount of vinegar. Anne seems to love vinegar more than I do. I now reduce the amount of vinegar in her recipes by 1/3 or so to adjust to my taste.

This is the best and ONLY cooking method for ribs I'll ever use. I tend to just get lazy and use pre-bought dry rub and sauce, but it still tastes great and the meat falls right off the bones (which is the best part. Thanks Anne!!!

I'm an experienced cook and followed the recipe to a T and only used quality ingredients. This recipe was an epic fail. I hated it! I do not have an aversion to vinegar either, I love vinegar!

I made this recipe with a boneless turkey breast on the charcoal grill with some apple wood chips. It was awesome. We are hosting 20 people for Thanksgiving this year, and my wife insists I make an "extra" turkey breast with this recipe. Nice job Anne!

The vinegar is over powering!! I started this receipe this past weekend and my wife and kids had to leave the house because of the smell. I ruined some great looking baby back ribs with this recipe but we did managed to eat some of them after I took a fork and scraped all of this rub I could. I will just use a good BBQ sauce next time and save myself a lot of work, time and trouble!! Good thing I grilled some hotdogs!!

Awesome ribs. I made 4 full racks for my family and 3 ribs were all that was left. I heated the leftover ribs on the grill the next day and brushed them with a chipotle bbq sauce.
