I love this recipe, it is really easy to follow and was incredibly rich and delicious. I will definitely be making this again and again.

This is crack on a plate. I've never been much of a Caesar salad lover before, but our whole family has developed a huge addiction to it with this recipe.

I loved it. I used dried mustard instead of Dijon. Also added a few capers when blending it together. It made too much dressing for 2 hearts of romaine, but it was tasty!

Didn't care for the dressing much. I used half the amount of the Dijon mustard after reading other reviews but still tasted of way too much mustard and not enough lemon. I added more lemon juice to dilute the mustard taste which helped but it still wasn't a great tasting dressing. Also didn't care for the anchovies. It did add saltiness which is desirable but I think I would have preferred sea or Kosher salt instead which has a more delicate salt flavor. On the good side, it was a thick and creamy dressing which coated the romaine quite nicely.

This recipe was really good! Didn't use any extra salt, but otherwise followed exactly...really good!

I made this dressing the other day and it was delicious! It was nice and citrusy, and tasted creamy, even though there was no egg or mayo. I used a little basil-mustard with the Dijon, and it added a nice herbaceous note. I would definitely make it again.

Yum! This recipe made the perfect dressing. Didn't precisely measure all ingredients, next time I'll definitely measure the mustard because there was a slightly strong flavor of it in the dressing, while not bad it just took away from the caeser flavor I wanted. Used a whole grain french type bread and the croutons were still very good. Made some garlicky chicken breasts sliced up to add some protein. Delicious, will definitely make again and again!

This dressing rocks! My husband and I both loved it. It's perfect. Don't change a thing. The consistency was great and the anchovies make it have star power! Thanks Anne. You are a rock star.

This recipe is awesome! It tastes just like a Caesar salad I had in an Italian restaurant overseas. I love it. Thanks so much for sharing.

This is delicious and I love that it is eggless, you cannot taste the difference and so easy to make in a food processor, this will be my only caesar dressing from now on !
