I JUST KNOW THIS WILL BE AS GOOD AS ALL OF ANN'S RECIPES, BUT WANTED TO REITERATE 'SWIRLYCOOKING'S WISE ADVICE TO FLOUR THE FALAFAL PATTIES AFTER REFRIGERATION OR THEY WILL GET GUMMY. I JUST WATCHED THE SHOW AND ANNE FLOURED THEM AFTER TAKING THEM OUT OF THE FRIDGE. THE RECIPE, AS WRITTEN, IS COMPLETELY MISLEADING IN THAT REGARD. ALSO, JUST IN CASE...DRAIN THE CHICKPEAS AND TOSS THE LIQUID DOWN THE DRAIN. THE CHICKPEAS ARE PROCESSED WITHOUT THE BROTH THEY WERE COOKED IN. HOPE THIS HELPS.

Love falafel. BTW-I believe Anne didn't flour the patties until after they set up in the fridge and was about to cook them. Otherwise, the flour would get gummy. Gonna try this and replace some of the chickpeas with favas.
