This turned out amazing! I never thought to add zucchini to a steak sandwhich and it turned out so tasty. The meat was perfect. Anne always has great recipes!

My meat was very tough and we could not eat it. I guess 2 hours of marinating does not tenderize the meat. What a waste of money

I thought this was amazing, and I even forgot the cheese and balsamic dressing for the top. Great flavor.

This sandwich was perfect, the meat was tender the veggies were amazing. The person who said Ann is a wasteful chef is wrong. You should watch her show and see she uses everything and wastes nothing.

My husband and I made this tonight and it is a definite "do-over." We cooked it on the gas grill and it turned out perfect. One note though: I thought I bought pita "pocket" bread at the grocery store but it turned out, the pita didn't have much of a "pocket" inside it at all. I used to purchase pita bread from a lebanese market in Houston many years ago and believe it would have been more suitable than what my local grocery store offered. Might be worth the trip to a middle eastern store if you have one nearby.

Tasty but impossible to get all the veggies in the pita without it tearing to shreds and making a huge mess while eating.
Anne Burrell is also a very wastful chef, I hope it's not like that in all the restaurants as well...

This was easy to make and the veggies tasted out of this world! The toasted coriander was Yum on the steak! Everything had lots of flavor!!

It is always strange to read a review that does not follow the recipe and find that it haw less stars then it should have. If you change the recipe don't review it. The reviews should be accurate according to the recipe.

This flank steak was easy to make. The small George Foreman Grill worked just fine. In fact, the steak I bought was too long for the grill so I divided it. My husband likes his steak more done than I do so his portion was cooked hte way he likes it.

I only roasted the peppers on my gas stove and found it takes a lot longer than it looks without a grill.

I bought flat bread instead of pita bread by accident and everything went together well but the pita would have made it easier to hold.
